Viewing Trips:

For the last 30 years we have helped hundreds of clients to find their dream home in the sun, establishing the right location and the right property.  The reason for our success is quite simply, Inspection Trips which are unique and meet clients particular needs, giving “1 to 1” personal attention.

DAY 1
Upon your arrival you will be met by one or our representatives and taken to your hotel, given time to unpack and unwind. 

Following a short break, you will be escorted to either lunch or dinner subject to your arrival time and our associates will discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

Obviously they will already have received your special details prior to your visit and an itinerary will have been set up for discussion. If there is any time left in the day, we will give you a brief tour to enable you to get the feel of the area and see a few properties.

DAY 2
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart at approximately 10.00 a.m. and you will be driven to various developments on your itinerary. Our associates will show you the surrounding area and discuss this as you drive by.

DAY 3
After breakfast, you will be met once again by our associates, who will drive you to any of the properties you wish to look at again and of course view any more that are left on the agenda.  At lunch, we can have a discussion regarding reservation and holding deposits, if this is appropriate, and they can help you to open a bank account before the banks close, as it is vital to do this prior to departing for the UK.  When necessary, we can also arrange for you to meet one of the local lawyers, who can introduce themselves to you and familiarise you with the law in your chosen country.  Early evening, we return you to your hotel to relax before dinner, and hopefully celebrate!

DAY 4
On your final day you will have a chance to look at the property you have chosen and you can take photographs before leaving.
