Spain-Costa Calida
Costa Calida

Fringed by miles of unspoilt white sandy beaches, the Costa Calida, or 'warm coast', lies in the south east corner of the Spanish coastline.
It has long been a firm favourite with the local Spanish population and in keeping with its name enjoys, with the Costa Almeria, the best weather in Spain all year round with temperatures in Summer averaging 26 degrees.
Here you will find stunningly beautiful coasts, easily accessible via three airports of Almeria, Murcia and Alicante. Until recently, the area was just outside the motorway to Cartegena and Murcia, so the area is beginning to open up to tourists and would-be residents.
This area is renowned for having the lowest number of rainy days and the magnificent beaches and bays are unforgettable.
This really is a perfect place to find your dream!
