Scott Pinkham International is a direct subsidiary of Scott Pinkham, a firm of chartered surveyors and estate agents (founded in 1975). Founder partner John Pinkham expanded the company over 2 decades with some 8 branches throughout South Northamptonshire and North Buckinghamshire before selling the company to Abbey National Building Society in 1994.

John however, retained an interest in Scott Pinkham International the overseas division of a company specialising in Spain, with associate offices on the Costa Del Sol, the Costa Blanca and the Balearic Islands. Scott Pinkham International opened the Hong Kong office in 1994, specialising in residential new home sales throughout the U.K. to the Hong Kong Chinese, until Hong Kong was eventually handed back to the Chinese in 1997.

More recently John has been joined in the partnership by father and son team of Harvey and Carl Marodeen who for some 33 years have themselves enjoyed considerable success with an overseas agency business known as Casa Del Sol Properties, notably in Spain and Portugal. Scott Pinkham International over recent years has been working closely with a Croatian/English development consortium and will shortly be releasing the first of many new waterside developments on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia.

Two associate partners complete the team of Scott Pinkham International, Hedley Greentree (chartered architect) will enable the company to offer a “design and build” scheme for clients wishing to build their own property and Richard Fowler (Solicitor) will be offering an in house conveyancing service, not only in Spain and Croatia but in other areas where Scott Pinkham International are currently expanding the operation.
